Hello, I’m Yvette Garcia, the proud owner of The Kutting Edge Salon. With over 35 years of experience as a cosmetologist and a recent expansion into barbering, my journey has been marked by a deep passion for learning and growth. I recognized an opportunity to blend beauty with para-medical care, particularly in specialized pedicure services, and embarked on this path by pursuing advanced training. I am oncology trained through Oncology Spa Solutions, a Certified Master Pedicurist through NASP, and hold an M-ANT certification from Dr. Robert Spalding. My mission is to continually evolve within my industry and provide exceptional care to my clients. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, Reschedules, No Shows, Tardiness, Fees & Chargebacks
**Cancellation Policy:**
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost.
**Reschedules:**
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to find a new time that works for you. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
**No Shows:**
Missing an appointment without notice greatly affects our schedule and other clients. No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
**Tardiness:**
We value your time and strive to keep our schedule running smoothly. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a tardiness fee of $25 will apply. If you arrive late and we are still able to accommodate you, the full service fee will still be charged, though the service may be shortened to fit the remaining time.
**Fees:**
- **Cancellation Fee:** 50% of the service cost for cancellations within 24 hours.
- **No Show Fee:** 100% of the service cost.
- **Tardiness Fee:** $25 if more than 15 minutes late.
**Chargebacks:**
We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you have any concerns regarding charges, please contact us directly so we can address and resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings and could lead to the client being banned from future services. We value open communication and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
